VkusVill is one of the largest retailers of natural products for healthy eating. The chain includes more than 1,200 stores, micromarkets and vending facilities at MCC stations. 

The goal

To develop a client mobile application that allows you to find up-to-date information about products and promotions, manage a personal account and loyalty program offers, order product delivery, contact the call center, etc. 

The tasks

– Creation and optimization of product delivery and ordering processes; 

– Increasing customer loyalty; 

– Implementation of a bonus system with personalized parameters; 

– Creation of intuitive filters and product categorization; 

The solution 

A specially designed software architecture accelerated the assembly and delivery of purchases. 

The application allowed to expand the list of available bonus program offers (Favorite Product promotions, “I’m in the store” service, individual offers, kids club, personal achievements, shopping list, etc.). 


Native iOS (Obj C), Android (Java) development, backend: php with microservices on GO, database communication via SQL stored procedures.


With the help of the app customers can choose the most favorable offers, influence the quality of goods, check their availability in stores, etc. 

The app conveniently links the addresses of the nearest stores to the geolocation of your smartphone. 

The app accepts over 95,000 orders per day for delivery and pickup. 

Availability of support service (call center, online chat, e-mail). 

The mobile app is currently used by over 1 million people, accounting for 25% of the chain’s turnover.
